Many of our upgraded Mesquite apartments also feature walk-in closets, ceiling fans, and granite countertops, creating a comfortable and modern living space.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Utilities are not included in the rent at Falltree. Residents are responsible for electric, internet, and cable, and typically pay a separate, usage-based charge for water, sewer, and trash that is billed through the community each month.

What are the pet fees and restrictions?

Our pet policy includes a non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Breed and weight restrictions may apply, so we recommend reaching out to the office for the most up-to-date list of approved breeds and guidelines.
